From painting to plumbing, we can handle any repairs that your property might need. We can also renovate your kitchen, build you a world-class deck, or install gorgeous hardwood floors.

Our Services

Weekly Property Checks

Our staff inspects your property weekly to identify any potential issues. We look for physical damage both inside and outside the property, especially concerning any leaks or water damage. In the winter, we check the ambient temperature and keep a close eye out for any threat of frozen water pipes. In the summer, we monitor humidity levels to help keep mold at bay. We send you a weekly email detailing our findings. If repairs are needed, we will perform them with your permission.

Arrival & Departure Services

We will prepare the house for you or your guests by turning on the water, the hot water heater, and a few lights. We will adjust the temperature as necessary so that you arrive to a comfortable home. We can also remove leaves, snow, and debris from your driveways and decks, as well as help maintain your hot tub.

On-Call and Additional Services

Things go wrong, especially in a harsh environment like the mountains. Our staff is on call, 24-hours per day, 365 days per year. If you have a problem that needs immediate attention, we are here to help.

We can also arrange firewood deliveries and cleaning services.
